In our infancy, Schneider Financial Solutions built strong foundations alongside a partner company that shared resources to reduce start-up costs. By 2019 we realised that the shared service finance function was not going to be suitable for our requirements. In 2020 we received a new line of funding to deliver significant consumer demand and we have now reached the level of autarchy that has resulted in this employment opportunity. We have created a new management position that will lead the business finance operations. Ultimately, the Head of Finance will maintain our company’s financial health, forecast growth, streamline cost and increase profitability. As a business with a small headcount but sizeable turnover, we need a professional who is as comfortable modelling a 5-year plan, as they are paying an invoice or checking payroll. To be successful in this role, you should have experience crafting financial strategies and managing all accounting functions.
