Bill sits as an independent non-executive director on the Schneider Financial Solutions Board. He is a debt finance specialist who, since founding LGF Partners, built a team that has raised over €1bn in debt products and brings over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and fund-raising.
Bill was previously the Chief Financial Officer at ETV Capital, one of Europe’s leading technology venture debt funders. Prior to that Bill held positions as Chief Financial Officer of Brainpower NV, a Swiss-based technology business listed on the Deutsche Borse, and in corporate finance at BOC. Bill has a degree from the London School of Economics and is a chartered accountant having trained at Coopers & Lybrand (now part of PWC).
