Courtney is a senior underwriter on the matrimonial team at Schneider Financial Solutions, where she manages all new matrimonial lending opportunities and is often the first port of call for new applications. Courtney is also responsible for customer and solicitor enquiries relating to current and ongoing funded matters.
Courtney has over five years’ experience working as a specialist matrimonial solicitor and has experience in a wide range of cases including those involving complex HNW asset structures. Courtney has knowledge of cases where there are issues as to jurisdiction and ancillary and preliminary issues to be determined within financial applications.
Courtney is an active contributor to matrimonial law community blogs and a member of Resolution.
