Graeme sits as an independent non-executive director on the Schneider Financial Solutions board and credit committee. He brings over 38 years of experience successfully operating within FTSE 100 (Lloyds Bank Plc and NatWest Bank Plc) and Fortune 500 companies (GE Capital, Pitney Bowes and recently BlackRock Inc.), and as a leading regulator at the UK’s Financial Services regulator (FSA then latterly FCA).
Since 2012 Graeme has been founder and managing director of Gratia Consultancy Limited which specialises in providing regulatory advice and coaching to a range of financial services firms. He has provided independent advice on the effectiveness of boards and Executive Teams, and on organisation-wide governance, culture, systems and control arrangements, policies and procedures.
