Schneider Financial Solutions Delivers Successful Inaugural Family Law Symposium

Schneider Financial Solutions Delivers Successful Inaugural Family Law Symposium

Schneider Financial Solutions today held its inaugural Family Law Symposium hosted at The Institute of Directors, Pall Mall. The sell-out symposium included a full day of talks from leading matrimonial finance, litigation and asset recovery experts aimed at Senior Associate, Partner and Director level family law solicitors.

Sir James Munby delivered the keynote speech regarding reforms required in the Family Division. Amongst the other speakers were Alexander Chandler, Duncan Brooks, Michael Leeds, Ian Mann, Lizzie Iron, Samantha Singer and our very own Alexander Hulbert.

James Ramsden, Sarah Bousfield and Nick Connon intrigued the attendees with their talk on ‘Cryptocurrency – Cross Border Tracing Enforcement’, whilst Elspeth Talbot-Rice QC and Andrew Holden performed admirably managing to find the lighter side of ‘Spousal Attacks on Trusts’.

Based on the high attendance level, and on site feedback Schneider Financial Solutions intends to run its second annual Family Law Symposium in 2020.
