Schneider Financial Solutions today announced the appointment of Graeme Ashley-Fenn as Independent Non-Executive Director.
Graeme sits as an independent non-executive director on the Schneider Financial Solutions board. Graeme brings an unrivalled knowledge and expertise of regulation within the sector which will aid the compliance and senior management teams in formulating appropriate, competitive and innovative products.
Graeme has over 38 years of experience, successfully operating within FTSE 100 (Lloyds Bank Plc and NatWest Bank Plc) and Fortune 500 companies (GE Capital, Pitney Bowes and recently BlackRock Inc.), and as a leading regulator at the UK’s Financial Services Authority (FSA) and subsequently the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Since 2012 Graeme has provided independent advice on the effectiveness of Boards and Executive Teams, and on organisation-wide governance, culture, systems and control arrangements, policies and procedures.
