Schneider Financial Solutions Join ConTrA’s “Trusts in Litigation Conference” in Helsinki as Event Partners

Schneider Financial Solutions Ltd has been in attendance at ConTrA’s third “Trusts in Litigation Conference” in Helsinki this week.

Schneider Financial Solutions are proud to have partnered the ‘Trusts in Litigation’ event, cementing our entry into the contentious trust and probate market.

ConTrA (the network for Contentious Trusts Association) teamed up with Informa Connect to deliver the conference supporting the future leading lights in Trust Litigation. The event had an exciting speaker line up that focussed on the next generation of Partners and new and future QCs.

Jeremy Ellis, Senior Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist at Schneider Financial Solutions, was invited to take a short session on litigation funding in contentious probate and private client cases. During his talk Jeremy covered both full recourse lending and non-recourse finance propositions in the context of financing meritorious 1975 Act claims.

Alex Cooke, Managing Director, said: “It is fantastic to support such a self-motivated group of litigators and industry experts who have come together to create this exciting and engaging organisation. I have no doubt that Helsinki will be the highlight of the contentious trust industry’s calendar for 2020”.
