11 Feb Bill Holwell joins SFS as Independent Non-executive Director
We are delighted to announce, Bill Holwell has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Bill will be consultant to our senior management team on matters of corporate finance and fund raising. He is a debt finance specialist, whom since founding his company “LGF” has built a team that has raised over €1bn in debt products. Bill has demonstrable success in facilitating the needs for both short and long term tactical funding solutions, that can be obtained without disruption to future financing options or losing sight of the overarching finance strategy. The knowledge shared to us by his rare skillset will ensure we source efficient funding that enables us to create bespoke intelligent and dependable solutions to our clients.
Bill has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and fund-raising. He currently specialises in raising capital for technology businesses having been the Chief Financial Officer at ETV Capital, one of Europe’s leading technology venture debt funders. Prior to that Bill was Chief Financial Officer of Brainpower NV, a Swiss-based technology business (that was listed on the Deutsche Boerse and was sold to Bloomberg).
