Alex is responsible for the planning, monitoring and implementation of the company’s strategies, goals and procedures. Alex oversees product development, lending opportunities and the daily operations of the executives. He also looks after the day to day supervision and management of the company’s loan book, underwriting and other projects.

Before moving to the litigation finance industry, Alex was formerly a solicitor at two of the City’s most respected law firms. Alex has significant experience in domestic and multi-jurisdictional HNW and UHNW divorces. He has worked on cases with complex trust and corporate structures, pre-acquired wealth and non-disclosure issues.

Our litigation finance can level the playing field against a financially dominant opponent. Equally, our loans can provide a financially logical solution for the financially dominant party in a variety of circumstances.

Repayment is only required after the case reaches conclusion, with no payment required up-front.

Our experts conduct our own due diligence so decisions can be made quickly and efficiently.

Finance may be provided through a full recourse loan or non-recourse funding arrangement. This is dependent on the specific nature of the case.
